About Us
Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Cawangan Kelantan in collaboration with Seoul National University of Science and Technology (SeoulTech), alongside esteemed partners from UST Angelicum College (Philippines), Institut Teknologi Bandung (Indonesia), Kasetsart University and Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University (Thailand), is proud to host the 5th International Conference on Governance, Management, Sustainability and Innovation (ICGMSI2025).
With the theme "AI and Sustainable Innovation: Pioneering the New Frontier", ICGMSI 2025 invites researchers, academics, and industry experts to share innovative ideas and explore transformative solutions that merge artificial intelligence and sustainability. This conference will serve as a dynamic platform to address global challenges and inspire ground-breaking collaborations. ICGMSI2025 will be held exclusively face-to-face at SeoulTech on 27th and 28th October 2025, offering participants an immersive experience to engage in thought-provoking discussions, network with global experts, and cultivate meaningful research collaborations. All accepted peer-reviewed papers for ICGMSI will be considered for publication in selected Scopus or Web of Science (WoS) indexed journals, based on reviewer recommendations and subject to an additional fee. Call for Paper
ICGMSI2025 invites paper submissions for topics related to Governance, Business Management, Innovation and Sustainability.
All accepted peer-reviewed papers for ICGMSI will be considered for publication in selected Scopus or Web of Science (WoS) indexed journals, based on reviewer recommendations and subject to an additional fee.

Submission Guideline
All accepted peer-reviewed papers will be considered for publication in selected journals indexed by SCOPUS or Web of Science (WoS), subject to the recommendations of the journal’s editorial board and reviewers, and an additional publication fee.
Papers submitted to ICGMSI 2025 will undergo a two-step review process:
Step 1: Initial submission for review by the IJC2025 committee
Submission deadline: 30th June 2025

Authors must prepare and submit full paper using the ICGMSI2025 template.
The template can be downloaded here. -
Submit the full paper in PDF format only via the EasyChair system system.

Prepare a single PDF file that includes the full paper, followed by:
1. The front page of the Turnitin Similarity Report (similarity must be less than 15%)
2. The proofreading evidence (certificate or confirmation from a proofreading service) -
These documents must be merged into one PDF file, with the additional materials appended at the end of the full paper.
This paper will be reviewed by the IJC2025 Publication Committee to decide whether it will be accepted for presentation.
Step 2: Submission for publication in selected journals indexed by Scopus or Web of Science (WoS) (for an additional fee)

Authors will be contacted by the secretariat once their paper has been selected for publication in the journal.

Authors must prepare the details and submit the camera-ready version of the paper using the template provided by the Secretariat for the selected journal.

Authors must comply with the Instructions and Ethical Responsibilities prior to submission to the journal.

Failure to adhere to the required formatting and ethical standards may result in delays in publication or rejection by the journals’ editorial boards.
Publication Opportunity (ICGMSI)
Please note that the publication of selected papers will depend on the quality of the paper, the outcome of the journal’s review process, and the final editorial decision, with publication to be made in the following journals:
1. Asian Journal of Accounting Research (AJAR)
2. International Journal of Economics and Management (IJEM)
3. International Journal of Business and Society (IJBS)
Registration and payment should be made before 1st September 2025 and the payment should be made by bank transfer. There will be no on-site registration and payment for presenters. All payments must be made in full including the bank transfer fee.
